BEST
Furman University BEST, Businesses Engaged in a Sustainable Tomorrow, is a process aimed at helping businesses perform an assessment and identify opportunities to save money in the area of energy and water usage as well as waste creation and management. BEST launched in the Fall of 2011 will be made available to all businesses in early 2012. Businesses are provided with a simple, intuitive process that assists them in creating a customized plan, as well as on-going performance analysis designed to impact their bottom-line.

Sustainability On-line Business Program
Furman University will be offering the BEST program on-line in early 2012. The program will provide a tutorial on how to assess and create a sustainability plan regarding energy and water usage as well as waste creation with customized recommendations including an analysis of costs, returns, priorities, incentives, etc.
